1. Returns:

You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

2. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 4 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order initially qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue and provide the best resolution.

We will either replace the damaged or defective item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

4. Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective/damaged item.

6. Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our return policy for returning unwanted items.
